The staff were exceptional and made our stay truly enjoyable, particularly with a welcoming atmosphere and delicious breakfast each morning, while the hotel's prime location allowed us to easily explore nearby attractions, including the Cranleigh Arts Centre just a short walk away and the endless walking trails in the beautiful Surrey Hills nearby, making it perfect for a single traveler like me who loves city strolls and nature.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but you know, sometimes you get what you pay for.

I stayed for two nights in a cozy Superior Double or Twin Room and really loved the delicious dinners offered each night, along with a great breakfast every morning. The lovely garden area was perfect for relaxing with a book or enjoying a quiet stroll. One small drawback was some minor issues with the room's electrics, but it didn't dampen my overall experience. 😊

Just spent a night here and it was pretty great! Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The breakfast was top-notch, and we also had dinner in the bar area, which was really nice too. Just wish the wifi was stronger in the room, it was pretty weak. good vibes!

I had an enjoyable stay. The staff were friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was served until late, which was convenient. I appreciated the large bathroom and comfortable bed. It made for a relaxed atmosphere during my time there.

The cistern in the room had some issues, but they did address it quickly. I felt some aspects could have been better taken care of for the price.
